Tucker Town Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the city engineering office to deliver the sitework package for the Tucker Town Center in Forsyth County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We sequenced clearing and grading to run in parallel, self-performing utilities, concrete so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over ready for vertical construction.
