Chamblee Retail Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a retail development group to deliver the sitework package for the Chamblee Retail Center in Gwinnett County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We worked night shifts on the roadway tie-ins, self-performing clearing so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over ready for building permit inspection.
