Doraville Corporate Campus

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a regional general contractor to deliver the sitework package for the Doraville Corporate Campus in Gwinnett County. The site presented a steep grade change across the eastern half of the parcel. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing concrete, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
