Smyrna Recreation Complex

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the county public works department to deliver the sitework package for the Smyrna Recreation Complex in Fulton County. The site presented unstable subgrade that needed undercut and replacement. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed on schedule, turning the site over ready for vertical construction.
