Chamblee Transit Facility

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Chamblee Transit Facility in Gwinnett County. The site presented a steep grade change across the eastern half of the parcel. We worked night shifts on the roadway tie-ins, self-performing grading, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
