Winder Business Park

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Winder Business Park in Cobb County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing grading so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed on schedule, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
