Norcross Elementary School

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Norcross Elementary School in Cobb County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We balanced material on site to avoid export costs, self-performing asphalt, concrete so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over ready for building permit inspection.
