Doraville Fire Station

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a retail development group to deliver the sitework package for the Doraville Fire Station in Cobb County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing utilities, concrete so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed on schedule, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
