Rivermill Transit Facility

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the county public works department to deliver the sitework package for the Rivermill Transit Facility in Hall County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing utilities so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed on schedule, turning the site over ready for building permit inspection.
