Smyrna Retail Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a regional general contractor to deliver the sitework package for the Smyrna Retail Center in Cobb County. The site presented limited site access with a single point of entry. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing grading, asphalt so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over open to traffic and fully operational.
