Lawrenceville Medical Plaza

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Lawrenceville Medical Plaza in Cobb County. The site presented rock encountered through the utility corridor. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing grading, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
