Mableton Corporate Campus

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the county public works department to deliver the sitework package for the Mableton Corporate Campus in Gwinnett County. The site presented unstable subgrade that needed undercut and replacement. We worked night shifts on the roadway tie-ins, self-performing asphalt, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
