Sugarloaf Business Park

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a national developer to deliver the sitework package for the Sugarloaf Business Park in Gwinnett County. The site presented buried debris from a prior structure on the north end. We sequenced clearing and grading to run in parallel, self-performing clearing so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
