Braselton Public Works Yard

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Braselton Public Works Yard in Gwinnett County. The site presented an active adjacent roadway with strict traffic control requirements. We staged the utility installation ahead of mass grading, self-performing clearing so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over ready for vertical construction.
