Peachtree Elementary School

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a regional general contractor to deliver the sitework package for the Peachtree Elementary School in Hall County. The site presented buried debris from a prior structure on the north end. We balanced material on site to avoid export costs, self-performing clearing, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over ready for building permit inspection.
