Cumming Logistics Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a retail development group to deliver the sitework package for the Cumming Logistics Center in Hall County. The site presented an active adjacent roadway with strict traffic control requirements. We balanced material on site to avoid export costs, self-performing grading, asphalt so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over turned over ahead of the tenant delivery date.
