Duluth Transit Facility

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the county public works department to deliver the sitework package for the Duluth Transit Facility in Fulton County. The site presented unstable subgrade that needed undercut and replacement. We staged the utility installation ahead of mass grading, self-performing concrete so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over turned over ahead of the tenant delivery date.
