Flowery Branch Business Park

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a national developer to deliver the sitework package for the Flowery Branch Business Park in Hall County. The site presented buried debris from a prior structure on the north end. We balanced material on site to avoid export costs, self-performing utilities, asphalt so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
