Powder Springs Logistics Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a national developer to deliver the sitework package for the Powder Springs Logistics Center in Fulton County. The site presented an active adjacent roadway with strict traffic control requirements. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing asphalt, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
