Roswell Corporate Campus

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a design-build partner to deliver the sitework package for the Roswell Corporate Campus in Fulton County. The site presented limited site access with a single point of entry. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing grading so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
