Kennesaw Town Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a national developer to deliver the sitework package for the Kennesaw Town Center in Gwinnett County. The site presented wetland buffers along the rear property line. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing clearing, grading so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over open to traffic and fully operational.
