Marietta Public Works Yard

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a national developer to deliver the sitework package for the Marietta Public Works Yard in Forsyth County. The site presented unstable subgrade that needed undercut and replacement. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing asphalt so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
