Suwanee Elementary School

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a private industrial owner to deliver the sitework package for the Suwanee Elementary School in Gwinnett County. The site presented heavy tree cover and a tight grading window. We balanced material on site to avoid export costs, self-performing clearing, concrete so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over turned over ahead of the tenant delivery date.
