From Raw Ground to Ready Pad

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a design-build partner to deliver the sitework package for the Duluth Public Works Yard in Cobb County. The site presented a steep grade change across the eastern half of the parcel. We brought in additional crews to compress the critical path, self-performing concrete, demolition, utilities so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed ahead of schedule, turning the site over fully paved and striped.
