Mableton Logistics Center

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by a retail development group to deliver the sitework package for the Mableton Logistics Center in Hall County. The site presented a compressed schedule tied to a tenant delivery date. We staged the utility installation ahead of mass grading, self-performing concrete, demolition so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over complete with final stabilization and landscaping.
