Norcross Medical Plaza

Summit Construction & Development was brought on by the city engineering office to deliver the sitework package for the Norcross Medical Plaza in Hall County. The site presented rock encountered through the utility corridor. We phased the work to keep the schedule moving, self-performing grading so the job stayed on one schedule with one point of accountability. The project was completed within the contract term, turning the site over ready for vertical construction.
